Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Clinical Care Specialist to join our team at Strategic Infrastructure Solutions. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires specialized care for patients with complex medical conditions.
About the Role
The successful candidate will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to develop individualized care plans, monitor vital signs, administer medications, and provide treatments to stabilize patients and manage their conditions over time.
Responsibilities
- Monitor patient vital signs and administer medications as prescribed by physicians
- Provide wound care, ventilator support, and other ongoing medical interventions
- Work collaboratively with physical therapists, respiratory therapists, and other healthcare professionals to achieve optimal patient outcomes
- Critical thinking, attention to detail, and strong communication skills are essential for success in this role
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Ohio
- At least 2 years of experience working in a Long-Term Acute Care setting
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
