Job Description:
As a Staff Nurse in the Emergency Department at UNC Lenoir Health Care, you will have the opportunity to make a difference in the lives of patients and their families. Your role will be to provide high-quality patient care, working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure that patients receive the best possible treatment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care, including assessing patients' conditions, developing and implementing care plans, and evaluating patient outcomes
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and achieve optimal outcomes
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions
- Stay up-to-date with the latest medical knowledge and technologies to deliver evidence-based care

Requirements:
- Current licensure to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of North Carolina
- BCLS certification
- 1-2 years of experience in emergency nursing or related clinical experience
- Good interpersonal skills, strong communication, and problem-solving abilities
