About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our Emergency Department team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, using your expertise in nursing practice to assess, plan, and implement individualized care plans. Your attention to detail, strong communication skills, and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment will be essential in this role.

Key Responsibilities

Your primary responsibility will be to provide direct patient care, including assessing patients' needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and evaluating patient outcomes. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date medical records, communicating effectively with patients and their families, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a current licensure to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of North Carolina, BCLS certification, and any additional certifications required in specialty areas. You should also possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in emergency medicine or a related field is highly desirable.

Salary and Benefits

The salary range for this position is $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, paid time off, and opportunities for professional development.

This role requires you to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, where you will be exposed to a variety of situations and scenarios.
