Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Floor Tech to join our team. As a Floor Tech, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of hard surfaces and carpets in various areas of our facilities, including offices, resident rooms, corridors, lobbies, entrances, stairwells, and dining rooms. You will also be responsible for collecting trash, recycling, and soiled linen, and ensuring the proper disposal of these items.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain the cleanliness and sanitation of hard surfaces and carpets in various areas of our facilities.
  • Collect and dispose of trash, recycling, and soiled linen in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Utilize protective gear and follow safety precautions when mixing and using cleaning solutions.
  • Report equipment and cleaning product needs or malfunctions to supervisor in a timely fashion.
  • Ensure established standards, safety, and quality guidelines are met.
Requirements
  • Demonstrate a positive attitude and ability to follow oral and written instructions.
  • Perform routine, repetitive tasks daily without supervision.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull a maximum of 50 pounds.
  • Ability to stand, sit, bend, and walk for extended periods.
