**Estimated Salary:** $56,000 - $76,000 per year

**Job Description**

We are seeking a talented Nutrition Care Specialist to join our team. As a Registered Dietitian, you will provide clinical nutrition expertise through nutritional assessments and documentation, in an efficient manner. You will assess potential nutritional risks and implement appropriate medical nutrition therapy interventions, provide nutritional counseling and education for patients and families within care communities, and collaborate with the dining department to ensure nutrition plans are executed effectively.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

* Registered by the Commission on Dietetic Registration
* Hold a Certification/License in good standing within the state of practice
* Knowledge of state survey process and compliance with nutrition care regulations (preferred, but not required)
