Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Skilled Nursing Unit at Novant Health. As a MDS Coordinator, RN, you will play a vital role in ensuring the timely and accurate completion of the minimum data set, certifying the need for appropriate care, and determining when level of care changes.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate the timely and accurate completion of the minimum data set
- Certify the need for appropriate care with awareness of costs, length of stay, and determine when level of care changes
- Ensure successful transmission of data to the State
Requirements
- Education: BSN, Required. 4 Year / Bachelors Degree preferred
- Experience: Minimum three years experience, required
- Licensure/Certification: Currently licensed as RN in appropriate state required. AANAC Certification, preferred
