Job Summary:

The Night Auditor is a key member of the Front Desk team at Residence Inn Cleveland Downtown, responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the hotel's front desk during the overnight shift. Responsibilities:
  • Register guests and process check-ins and check-outs
  • Prepare and balance daily reports, including revenue and expense reports
  • Conduct security walks to ensure the hotel's safety and security
  • Handle guest requests and resolve any issues that may arise
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including guest information and hotel operations
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as Housekeeping and Maintenance, to ensure seamless hotel operations
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • At least 1 year of experience in a hotel or related field
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial software
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Working Conditions:

The Night Auditor will work primarily at the front desk, with occasional visits to other areas of the hotel. The role requires standing for long periods, using a computer, and lifting light objects.
