The Child & Family Intake Specialist is responsible for conducting comprehensive screenings and intake evaluations for children and their families facing significant emotional challenges. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES include, but are not limited to:

QUALIFICATIONS - Successful performance of this role requires meeting the following criteria:
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution, along with two years of experience working with children and youth experiencing serious emotional disturbances.
LANGUAGE SKILLS: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build professional relationships with all staff.
CREDENTIALING, LICENSURE REQUIRED: State of Michigan LARA professional licensure in Social Work (LLMSW, LMSW), Counseling (LLC, LPC), or Psychology (LLP).
