About the Role

We are currently seeking a qualified Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team. As a CNA at Southampton, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse group of patients and contribute to their recovery and well-being. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting patients with daily living activities, maintaining accurate records, and collaborating with our interdisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care.

Compensation

We offer a competitive salary of $18.50 per hour, which is above the industry standard. In addition to your hourly wage, you will also be eligible for generous benefits, including health, vision, and dental insurance, as well as a 401(k) matching program.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must have a current, unencumbered active license to practice as a CNA in the state of VA. You should also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
