Job Summary:
John Galt Staffing is seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining quality assurance protocols and methods for processing materials into partially finished or finished products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement quality assurance procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, manufacturing, and program management, to ensure quality standards are met.
- Provide training and guidance to employees on quality procedures and best practices.
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Develop and maintain quality metrics and reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in quality assurance or a related field.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001:2008, CMMI, and other relevant industry standards.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
