The Role

The Membership Coordinator is a key member of our team, responsible for managing Avanos Medical's Integrated Health Network group/Group Purchasing Organization membership. This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and organizational abilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and process membership updates and GPO tier activations
  • Load and maintain customer and GPO membership in Vistex/SAP S4
  • Research and respond to requests from internal and external stakeholders
  • Collaborate with sales, customer service, finance, and reporting teams to ensure data consistency
  • Meet defined departmental and functional KPIs
  • Provide ad-hoc sales reporting and analysis

Requirements

  • Intermediate Excel skills required (VLOOKUP, Sorting, Filtering, Data Manipulation)
  • High attention to detail and ability to work with complex data
  • Excellent organizational skills with ability to multitask
  • Ability to change focus quickly to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks
  • Team player with high level of dedication and desire to learn and adapt
  • Bachelor's degree or relevant experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strongly prefer candidates with at least 2 years applicable experience
  • Experience in key systems including SAP, BI/BW
  • Membership experience managing national GPOs
  • Work experience in medical device or healthcare industry
