We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Bilingual RN to join our team at the University of New Mexico - Hospitals. As a key member of our Emergency Department, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families.

Essential Responsibilities
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality patient care.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans, incorporating age-specific considerations.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation, adhering to hospital policies and procedures.
  • Participate in education and training programs to enhance professional growth and development.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must possess:

  • A valid RN license in NM or by reciprocal agreement, with no minimum experience required.
  • CPR for Healthcare/BLS Provider certification within 30 days of hire.
  • Basic Arrhythmia Certification within 1 year.
  • PALS and Advanced Cardiac Life Support certifications within 6 months.
  • Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) certification within 6 months.
