About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled NICU Clinical Coordinator Registered Nurse to join our team at Henrico Doctors' Hospital Forest. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and ensuring the smooth operation of our NICU unit.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with admission and discharge processes to optimize patient throughput and quality of care.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective care plans.
  • Provide guidance and support to nursing staff to ensure high-quality patient care.
  • Assist with staff scheduling and labor management to meet patient care needs.
Requirements
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support certification within 30 days of employment.
  • Neonate Resuscitation certification within 90 days of employment.
  • Registered Nurse diploma.
