Job Summary

The NICU Clinical Coordinator RN is a key member of the healthcare team, responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and coordinating unit operations. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with admission and discharge processes to ensure efficient patient flow and high-quality care.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
  • Provide education and support to patients and families to promote health and wellness.
  • Manage unit resources and supplies to ensure optimal patient care.
Requirements
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support certification required within 30 days of employment.
  • Neonate Resuscitation certification required within 90 days of employment.
  • Registered Nurse diploma required.
