We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Project Coordinator.
As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing installation and inspection/service projects from start to finish.
Your primary focus will be on preparing project documentation, deliverables, finances, resource allocations, and status updates.
You will also be responsible for managing project life cycles, including expense reporting, risk management, equipment and team logistics, and vendor management.
Additionally, you will work closely with customers, general contractors, team leaders, and local government agencies to establish relationships and manage subcontractors and equipment vendors.
Other key responsibilities include working with end users on layout adjustments, reviewing construction drawings and equipment layouts, and managing a team of technicians/installers.
Typical project life cycles are approximately 6 months, and you will need to possess strong organization skills and working knowledge of MS Office, specifically Excel.
Experience with ERP systems is a plus, but not required.
