We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team as a Float RN in our Acute Inpatient Dialysis department. As a Float RN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and supporting the nursing team in our Brockton, Weymouth, Fall River, New Bedford, and Cape Cod facilities.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation, in accordance with established standards and protocols.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, and document patient responses and outcomes.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures.
- Assist with training and education of new staff members and provide guidance and support as needed.
- Current RN licensure in the state of practice.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in acute dialysis nursing, with a focus on patient care and team leadership.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to lift, move, and position patients, as well as bend and stand for extended periods.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
