Dialysis Team Leader

As a Charge Registered Nurse with American Renal Associates, you will serve as the hemodialysis team leader, providing day-to-day direction and supervision to assigned direct patient care staff. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills, as you will be responsible for promoting positive public relations with patients, their family members, guests, physicians, and coworkers.
Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day direction and supervision to assigned direct patient care staff
- Promote positive public relations with patients, their family members, guests, physicians, and coworkers
- Use tactful and appropriate communications in all work-related interactions
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans
Requirements
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
- Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from accredited school of nursing is required
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.S.N) preferred; three year diploma from accredited diploma program may be substituted for nursing degree
- Current CPR certification required
- Dialysis experience preferred
