Nutrition Care Specialist

About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Registered Dietitian to join our team at St. Lukes Hospital in New Bedford, MA. As a member of our interdisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in directing nutritional care for patients on various assigned nursing units.
Key Responsibilities:
- Screen patients for nutritional risks and assess patient nutritional status
- Provide teaching to patients and families
- Work under the direction of the Team Leader Inpatient Nutrition or designee
Requirements:
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Nutrition with an accredited program of supervised experience
- Registration by the Academy of Nutrition & Dietetic or eligibility for the examination
- Dietitian License from the Division of Professional Licensure
- One year of experience preferred
