Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop instructionally sound learning solutions and experiences that meet the needs of various audiences and subject matters.
  • Collaborate with the Learning & Development team to understand the intent of the learning and improve the overall learner experience.
  • Conduct needs analysis by researching related materials and identifying appropriate courses from the learning library.
  • Develop and/or improve content using various modalities, including video, simulation, in-person learning, live virtual learning, and web-based platforms.
  • Organize and sequence learning materials into courses and curriculum plans on the Learning Management System (LMS).
  • Assist with project management tasks, including building plans and updating detailed project sheets.
  • Assess and recommend new development tools and applications.
  • Support administrative tasks, including organization of the asset library, standards documentation, and template development.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in a professional setting, preferably in a Learning and Development role.
  • Working knowledge of adult learning theory and principles, such as ADDIE or similar processes.
  • Proficiency in technologies such as Articulate Storyline or Rise, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and deliver results under pressure.
