Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet and greet guests upon arrival, open vehicle doors, and assist with unloading vehicles when necessary.
  • Retrieve keys from guests, issue tickets, and enter customer information using electronic devices.
  • Park guest cars in designated spaces, ensuring safe and proper operation of vehicles.
  • Inspect vehicles for pre-existing damage, record information, and correctly document the make, model, and location of each vehicle.
  • Quickly retrieve vehicles for waiting guests, assist with loading luggage or personal items, and provide excellent customer service.
  • Direct traffic, position barricades, and arrange for towing services when necessary.
  • Report incidents or claims to Operations Managers or Shift Leads.
  • Request and collect fees for service use.
  • Assist in reconciling end-of-shift revenue against ticket distribution.
  • Communicate professionally with guests, clients, and teammates.
Requirements:
  • At least 18 years of age.
  • Valid Driver's License.
  • Ability to operate manual transmission vehicles.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to verbally communicate with guests.
  • Previous valet experience preferred.
