Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Cafe Barista to join our team at The Las Olas Company / Riverside Hotel. As a Cafe Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving coffee and other beverages to our guests in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve coffee and other beverages to guests
  • Work with other team members to take orders, make drinks, and provide timely service to guests
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the cafe and surrounding areas
  • Assist with opening and closing procedures, including setting up and breaking down equipment and supplies
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a barista or in a related role
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time
