Job Title: Application Engineering Manager

We are seeking an experienced Application Engineering Manager to lead our team of application engineers in the Engineering industry, focusing on building materials and construction.

About the Role:

This is a unique opportunity to drive key projects, improve processes, and foster a high-performance culture. As an Application Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, development, and implementation of application systems and software, ensuring that they meet organizational needs and adhere to industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and mentor a team of application engineers, providing guidance, support, and feedback to ensure their professional growth and the successful completion of projects.
  • Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to define project scopes, set deadlines, and allocate resources effectively.
  • Use your expertise in building materials and construction to optimize application engineering processes and develop innovative solutions.
  • Manage all phases of the project lifecycle, from conception to delivery, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging innovation and efficiency in all operations.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in application engineering, with a focus on building materials and construction.
  • Proven experience in leading and mentoring teams, with a track record of delivering successful projects.
  • Extensive knowledge of project management principles and practices, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant software tools.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and make sound decisions under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with team members, stakeholders, and clients.
