About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee a team of contractors and subcontractors, ensuring timely completion of projects while maintaining quality standards and adhering to safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain construction schedules to meet project deadlines
  • Conduct daily and weekly meetings with subcontractor representatives to coordinate construction activities
  • Ensure materials are delivered to construction sites according to schedules
  • Work with owners, architects, and subcontractors to resolve conflicts and communicate with the Project Manager
  • Maintain daily logs, progress photographs, and weekly reports
  • Complete and submit all required paperwork
  • Schedule and attend inspections, and compile punch list items for completion
Requirements
  • 7 years of experience as a Construction Supervisor
  • Experience with projects ranging from $1-$10 million
  • Strong technical, communication, and computer skills
  • Knowledge of safety procedures, regulations, and codes
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience creating schedules
  • Experience in additions, interior remodels, design build, carpentry
