Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
  1. Strategic Vision: Formulate and execute the IT strategy and roadmap, ensuring it aligns with the overarching goals of the organization. Stay ahead of emerging technology trends and explore their potential applications.
  2. Operational Oversight: Manage all facets of IT operations, including infrastructure, systems, network security, data management, and user support. Ensure the seamless operation and continuous enhancement of IT systems.
  3. Cybersecurity Leadership: Establish and uphold comprehensive security policies to safeguard the organization’s information assets. Lead risk assessments and develop business continuity and disaster recovery strategies.
  4. Project Oversight: Lead IT projects from conception to execution, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and high-quality outcomes.
  5. Financial Management: Supervise the IT budget, encompassing forecasting, planning, monitoring, and performance reporting.
  6. Vendor Relations: Cultivate and maintain strategic partnerships with vendors and service providers. Negotiate contracts and service agreements to maximize value.
  7. Team Development: Inspire, mentor, and cultivate the IT team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and ongoing professional growth.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related discipline (Master's degree preferred).
  • At least 10 years of IT experience, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership capacity.
  • Proven track record in strategic planning and execution of IT initiatives.
  • Extensive experience in IT infrastructure development and management.
  • Strong understanding of data analysis, IT budgeting, and continuity planning.
  • In-depth knowledge of computer systems, networks, and related technologies.
  • Exceptional leadership and decision-making capabilities.
