Overview of the Job

The Campus Retail Associate is responsible for providing superior customer service and supporting store operations to ensure our stores are operating at optimal performance. This includes processing sales transactions, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and working collaboratively with our team to achieve sales goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process sales transactions involving cash, credit, or financial aid payments.
  • Provide a friendly atmosphere by greeting customers and focusing on their positive experience throughout their visit.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
  • Support store operations, including operating equipment and cash register while ensuring speed of service and accurate transactions.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to achieve sales goals.

Physical Demands

This role requires frequent movement within the store, ability to remain in a stationary position for extended periods, and occasional lifting. You'll also need to wear face masks throughout the day and follow social distancing guidelines.
