Program Overview

As a member of our team, you will have exposure to all aspects of the business, with a focus on client service and investment research. You will provide support where needed and be trained as a generalist, rather than being hired for a specific role.

We seek individuals with an interest in business, particularly finance, who wish to pursue a career in investing and/or financial planning. This is a paid internship opportunity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide daily administrative support, including document scanning, filing, and general office tasks.
  • Collaborate with our client service team to prepare portfolio analytics and presentation materials for client and prospect meetings.
  • Attend client calls to discuss market outlook, portfolio performance, and financial planning.
  • Create manager profiles in our proprietary database and liaise with investor relations departments as needed.
  • Take detailed notes on manager calls and attend investment research team meetings.
  • Conduct research on macro events affecting the investment community.

Requirements
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Highly self-motivated individual who can work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and written/oral communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of investing and financial markets is beneficial but not required.
  • Junior or Senior pursuing an undergraduate degree is preferred.
