Position Overview:

As a Loss Prevention Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our members and associates. Your role will involve:

Asset Protection & Security:
Possessing knowledge of asset protection policies and safety regulations. Responsibilities include supporting security personnel and monitoring access control systems.

Employee Health and Safety:
Understanding OSHA guidelines and safety auditing processes. You will address health and safety hazards, maintain emergency response directories, and conduct safety audits.

Collaboration:
Engaging with stakeholders and supporting project activities. You will assist in process updates and contribute to solving business issues.

Data Management:
Gathering and analyzing data to create reports and improve processes. You will leverage technology to enhance operational efficiency.

Training Support:
Assisting in training programs and maintaining best practices for training delivery.

Effective Communication:
Communicating clearly and concisely with team members and management, utilizing data to support recommendations.

Process Improvement:
Identifying gaps in processes and supporting the implementation of improvement strategies.

Environmental Awareness:
Understanding environmental regulations and promoting compliance within the organization.

Operational Knowledge:
Familiarity with organizational processes and the ability to articulate key functions and roles.

Minimum Qualifications:
