Position Summary:

As an Audiologist at HealthPartners, you will play a vital role in assessing auditory function and communication problems caused by hearing loss. You will utilize advanced diagnostic procedures to provide consultation and recommendation of audiologic (re)habilitation, including amplification devices when appropriate. Your expertise will promote patient advocacy, education, and prevention of communication problems.

Responsibilities:
  • Assess auditory function and communication problems using advanced diagnostic procedures
  • Provide consultation and recommendation of audiologic (re)habilitation, including amplification devices when appropriate
  • Promote patient advocacy, education, and prevention of communication problems
  • Float to any site as determined by business need
Requirements:
  • Master's or Doctoral degree in Audiology or Communication Disorders with specialization in Audiology required
  • Licensure/Registration/Certification: State of Minnesota Department of Health (MDH) Licensure for Audiologists required upon hire
  • Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Familiarity with matters of law, regulations, and internal policies affecting the employment relationship; strong interpersonal skills and flexibility
