We provide a variety of services such as procurement, supplier portfolio management, merchandising master data, and analytics.
Key Responsibilities- Drive the technical vision and strategy for the engineering team.
- Comprehend the business context of the work, make informed decisions that align with the overall leadership vision and strategy.
- Work with a team of highly skilled engineers to foster a positive, inclusive, and collaborative work environment.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to team members.
- A bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or related area.
- 5 years' experience in engineering, engineering program management, technical program management, product management, or related area.
- Experience with agile frameworks and facilitating ceremonies.
- Ability to navigate obstacles and find a path forward.
- Excellent written and verbal skills as well as prioritization and planning skills.
