Penn State Health Hampden Medical Center provides acute inpatient medical services to communities in surrounding counties. The facility features 108 private inpatient beds along with an attached outpatient medical office building.

POSITION SUMMARY:

Under the general oversight of the Radiologist, the incumbent will execute computed tomography (CT) procedures to obtain digital images that assist physicians in diagnosing and treating various medical conditions.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) or Society of Nuclear Medicine Technologists (SNMT)
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Registered Technologist by American Registry of Radiologic Technologists in Computed Tomography
  • Two years of experience as a Registered Computed Tomography Technologist
  • Experience in Trauma/Cardiac imaging
  • Competent in Venipuncture
