Compensation and Benefits:
  • Competitive salary ranging from $75,000 to $90,000 based on experience (New Graduates are encouraged to apply)

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage an average caseload of 8-10 patients daily
  • Design individualized treatment plans for each client
  • Document and track patient progress meticulously
  • Assess mobility, strength, and functional capabilities while establishing achievable goals
  • Create a follow-up care plan for patients post-treatment, including recommendations for in-home care services

Qualifications:
  • Comprehensive knowledge in physical therapy, including dry needling techniques
  • Experience in supervising and guiding the work of aides, technicians, and assistants
  • Familiarity with the responsible operation and maintenance of therapeutic equipment
  • Ability to recommend assistive devices and follow-up care programs for patients
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program recognized by the American Physical Therapy Association

Preferred Skills:
  • Experience in orthopedics, pediatrics, and sports medicine
