Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Strategic Business Consultant to drive business growth and expansion through sales and marketing efforts. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a sales strategy to meet revenue targets and grow the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a sales strategy to meet revenue targets and grow the business
  • Identify and prospect new clients through cold calling, networking, and referrals
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients
  • Prepare and deliver sales proposals and contracts
  • Negotiate pricing and terms of agreements with clients
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competition, and market conditions
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales materials and campaigns
  • Attend industry events and conferences to promote the company and generate leads

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Proven track record of sales success in HR outsourcing or related industry
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Salesforce CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Will to travel as needed
