Work every other full weekend (Fri/Sat/Sun)

Essential Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years in a picking and packing environment
  • At least 1 year in a leadership or supervisory capacity
  • Basic mechanical skills with the ability to identify troubleshooting opportunities
  • Experience with lock-out/tag-out procedures

Key Responsibilities:

Insight Global is seeking Molding Operations Supervisors to support a significant manufacturing client. In this leadership role within the Molding Department, you will demonstrate your leadership capabilities and apply training to inspire team members while effectively managing workplace challenges. Your primary focus will be on ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.

You will take charge of the production schedule, manage material changes, and adjust machinery to meet specifications, all while aiming to reduce waste and downtime. Your responsibilities will also include collaborating with quality assurance, maintenance teams, and supervisors to resolve machine operations and issues, as well as gathering operator reports for the Shift Supervisor.

Furthermore, you will oversee machine operations, ensure accurate documentation is maintained, and facilitate effective communication with incoming and outgoing team leaders to ensure a seamless production process.
