Your Role:
As a Nurse Practitioner, you will have the opportunity to:
- Conduct thorough nursing assessments and collaborate with the healthcare team, patients, and their families to create effective care plans.
- Set realistic, measurable short- and long-term patient goals while implementing interventions to minimize rehospitalizations.
- Administer medications and perform treatments as per physician directives.
- Delegate patient care tasks to staff and supervise their execution to ensure quality care.
- Facilitate communication of patient information among team members and across shifts.

Qualifications:
Applicants must be graduates of an accredited nursing program and hold a current license from the State Board of Nursing. CPR Certification is mandatory.
