Luxor Nursing and Rehabilitation at Mills Pond is seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team in St. James, NY.

Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate LPN to work in our Skilled Nursing Facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, administering medications, and collaborating with our interdisciplinary team.

Responsibilities
  • Collect and record patient information, including vital signs and health details.
  • Administer medications and injections as needed.
  • Treat and dress wounds and bedsores.
  • Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) as required.
  • Assist patients with personal hygiene and daily living activities.
  • Monitor patients' food and liquid intake and output.
Requirements
  • Valid NY State LPN license.
  • Ability to work as a team member.
  • Must be in good standing with the State Registry.
