About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Mixology Expert to join our team at Flik Hospitality Group. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional beverage experiences.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages to guests in a friendly, courteous, and timely manner. Key responsibilities include adhering to state, federal, and corporate liquor regulations, setting up assigned bars, maintaining stock levels, and performing general cleaning tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Adhere to state, federal, and corporate liquor regulations pertaining to serving alcoholic beverages to minors and intoxicated guests.
  • Set up assigned bars, requisition, and stock all beer, wine, spirits, paper products, straws, and stirrers, condiments, glassware, ice, and produce.
  • Maintain stock levels, prepare, cure, and store fresh fruit and vegetable garnishes, juices, and other perishables to ensure product quality.
  • Greet guests in a courteous, friendly manner and take orders for drinks.
  • Mix, garnish, and present drinks using standard ingredient recipes and practice prudent portion control.
  • Check guests for proper identification and detect and act upon guest inebriation as trained.
  • Receive cash from guests, make change, verify validity of charges, record charges, and execute vouchers properly.
  • Lock up and store all beverage product, food, equipment items, deposits, and cash drops; secure bank.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • High-end bartending experience required.
  • Familiarity with state, federal, and corporate liquor regulations.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask efficiently.
  • Ability to maintain accurate records and manage cash handling duties effectively.
