Mixology Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Mixology Specialist to join our team at Cuts Steakhouse in Suwanee, Georgia. As a Mixology Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences through expertly crafted cocktails and impeccable service.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with sanitation, hygiene, health and safety legislation and organizational quality requirements.
• Create unique cocktails using fresh ingredients.
• Assist in the preparation of all beverages, both hot and cold.
• Take orders, serve drinks, clear tables, and maintain a clean bar area.
• Train and assist other team members on cocktail preparation and presentation.
• Maintain accurate records and accounts as required.
• Help set an example for other team members of commitment, work ethic, and personal character.

Our ideal candidate has knowledge of classic and craft cocktails, extensive knowledge of wine and wine service, and creativity to present new ideas for menu consideration. Availability to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays is required.

Salary Estimate: $40,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
