Facility Maintenance and Custodial Job Overview:

Position Requirements:
  • Completion of high school education or equivalent

  • Availability for full or part-time shifts, including evenings
  • Strong communication abilities
  • Basic arithmetic skills
Qualifications and Expectations:

Essential Cleaning Skills:
  • Floor Buffing

  • Dusting and Elevated Dusting
  • Mopping Floors
  • Furniture Polishing
  • Awareness of Sanitation Standards
  • Understanding of Safety and Health Regulations
Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintenance of locker rooms, tanning areas, fitness equipment, cardio machines, flooring, walls, group exercise rooms, functional training spaces, lobby, and office areas, including high dusting tasks

Compensation is based on performance and competitive drive.

Flexible working hours are required.

This position reports to the Maintenance Supervisor or Operations Director.
