Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced IT Site Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the Ops Manager in the delivery of assigned Infrastructure Management services, handling business escalation calls, and interacting with ops on day-to-day technology requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Ops Manager in the delivery of assigned Infrastructure Management services.
  • Handle business escalation calls and provide technical assistance to other team members.
  • Interact with ops on day-to-day technology requirements and review daily activity reports, infrastructure availability reports, backups, and antivirus/SCM reports.
  • Involve in projects on servers, network, and security, and introduce site-specific initiatives to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Review adherence to process-based documentation and SOP, and participate actively in project ramp-up, transitions, BCP, and audits.
  • Drive people to ensure that project deliverables are met and project time is maintained, and establish and enhance relationships with customers/clients.
  • Manage people, resolve team conflicts, and manage teams.
  • Experience in compliance reviews, audit reviews, and driving organizational initiatives.

Requirements

  • Qualifications: BE / Btech / Equivalent.
  • 7 years of experience in IT Site management, with a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Intune, Azure Cloud, Zscaler, Cortex, and other latest industry-standard tools.
  • ITIL V3 / ISO / Prince2 / MPM certification would be an added advantage.
  • Technical and professional competencies: understanding of technology (hardware and software) and specific domain expertise.
  • Knowledge of sales process and business nuances.
  • Behavioral and managerial competencies.
  • High self-drive and confidence.
  • Willingness to learn and work in teams.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong project management skills, including successful management.
  • Willingness to work on 24x7 operations and odd hours.
