At Memphis Toast LLC, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant General Manager to lead our team and ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day restaurant operations, including scheduling, training, and supervising staff.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction at all times.
  • Oversee the preparation and presentation of all food and beverage offerings.
  • Monitor quality control and ensure all food products are prepared to the highest standards.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Manage inventory, ordering, and receiving supplies, and ensure sufficient stock levels of all necessary items.
  • Ensure seamless collaboration between the front-of-house and kitchen staff.
  • Comply with health and safety regulations.
  • Manage the point of sale system and cash handling procedures.
  • Monitor sales, costs, and expenses to maximize profits and meet financial goals.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in a management or supervisory role in a restaurant or similar hospitality environment.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage and motivate a team to achieve targets and maintain high standards.
  • Knowledge of food and beverage preparation techniques and equipment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Passion for providing excellent customer service and creating a welcoming and friendly environment.
