Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Organ Recovery Coordinator to join our team at LifeCenter Northwest. As a key member of our donation team, you will play a critical role in the identification, evaluation, and management of organ donors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work a 24-hour on-call schedule to respond to donation requests
  • Travel throughout our donation service area, including Alaska, Montana, Northern Idaho, and Washington
  • Coordinate the donation process from ICU to OR, ensuring effective communication and collaboration with donor families, hospital personnel, and transplant centers
  • Provide hemodynamic support and ensure the safe and efficient management of organ donors
  • Interact with transplant centers to coordinate the match of organ donors to recipients
Requirements
  • 2 years of acute care experience
  • Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
  • Ability to meet schedule and travel requirements
  • Proof of COVID-19 vaccination and booster, or applicable medical or religious exemption

Compensation

The pay range for this role is $82,449 - $119,584 for ORC I, $86,400 - $129,600 for ORC II, and $92,000 - $138,000 for ORC III. This position is eligible for additional compensation in the form of Extra Call Pay, Extra Call Worked, and Holiday Stipend Pay.
