**Key Responsibilities:**

* Provide warm and professional greetings to guests
* Efficiently seat and section guests according to arrival order and reservation status
* Present menus with detailed knowledge and answer questions about ingredients, preparation methods, and food pairings
* Offer personalized recommendations based on guest preferences and dietary restrictions
* Deliver food and beverages with impeccable timing and presentation
* Address guest concerns promptly and courteously, ensuring their satisfaction

**Food and Beverage Knowledge:**

* Possess in-depth knowledge of the menu, including preparation methods, ingredients, and seasonality of dishes
* Maintain an extensive understanding of wine varietals and food pairing principles
* Confidently recommend wines and beverages to complement each course

**Restaurant Operations:**

* Maintain a clean and organized dining area, ensuring tables are set and ready for guests
* Follow established service protocols for food and beverage presentation and clearance
* Process payments accurately and efficiently
* Collaborate effectively with kitchen and service staff to ensure seamless operations
* Adhere to all health and safety regulations

**Professionalism:**

* Maintain a professional demeanor and appearance
* Communicate clearly and effectively with guests and colleagues
* Demonstrate a positive and enthusiastic attitude
* Be adaptable and willing to learn new skills
* Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment

**Qualifications:**

* Minimum 2-3 years of experience in fine dining or upscale restaurant settings
* Extensive knowledge of food and wine, including food pairing principles
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Professional appearance and demeanor
* Must be at least 21 years of age
* ServSafe certification preferred
