The Field Engineer is a key member of our team, responsible for performing maintenance and installation tasks on our equipment. This role requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities- Perform on-time and accurate maintenance and installation tasks on our equipment
- Work with experienced engineers to learn troubleshooting and repair techniques
- Communicate effectively with customers to ensure resolution and proper follow-up
- Partner with customers to recommend value-added services that enhance their business operations
- Maintain accurate records and logs of customer interactions and equipment maintenance
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
- 4 or more years of experience servicing electronic equipment
- Strong technical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to travel up to 35% of the time
