Position Overview:
The Four Seasons Resort and Residences Jackson Hole is in search of a Server who can enhance the dining experience by engaging with guests and showcasing exceptional knowledge of culinary offerings, wines, spirits, and crafted cocktails.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take guest orders and provide detailed descriptions of menu items, including their origins, flavors, and preparation techniques.
- Deliver an enjoyable and expertly served dining experience for guests.
- Communicate guest orders, including any special requests, to the kitchen staff.
- Utilize the resort's point-of-sale system for processing sales, printing checks, and completing closing procedures.
- Perform additional tasks such as setting up and breaking down tables, preparing silverware, and other duties as assigned by management.
- Collaborate harmoniously and professionally with colleagues and supervisors.
- The ideal candidate will possess a confident and outgoing demeanor, along with a proactive approach to fulfilling requests.
- Excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills are essential.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Fluency in English is required.
- A minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a server in a fast-paced, upscale dining environment is necessary.
- Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 40lbs.
- Successful candidates must have legal authorization to work in the United States.
