Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise faculty and staff, including interviewing, hiring, and disciplinary actions

  • Conduct instructor evaluations, participate in educational conferences, and facilitate staff meetings
  • Assist in managing the day-to-day operations of the Welding program
Requirements
