Job Title: Registered Nurse

Centurion Health is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Sago Palms Reentry Center in Pahokee, Florida. As a Registered Nurse, you will provide holistic nursing care to incarcerated patients, working under the direction of the Director of Nursing and/or Nursing Supervisor.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to identify, assess, and respond to the physical, psychological, and social needs of patients.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of patients.
  • Monitor and report patient progress to the Director of Nursing and/or Nursing Supervisor.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes.
Qualifications:
  • Florida RN license or ability to obtain license.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Corrections experience not required, but preferred.
  • Ability to obtain a security clearance, including a drug screen and criminal background check.
