Speech Language Pathologist - Clinical Fellow

The Stepping Stones Group is seeking passionate and dedicated Clinical Fellow Speech-Language Pathologists to join our dynamic team in a school setting. As a Clinical Fellow, you will have the opportunity to start your career with the support and guidance of experienced professionals in the field, while making a significant impact on the lives of students.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide diagnostic and therapeutic services to students with communication disorders, under the mentorship of our seasoned Speech-Language Pathologists.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify students' communication needs and develop strategies to address them.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans to improve students' communication skills, including articulation, language, and fluency.
  • Communicate effectively with students, parents, and other professionals to ensure that students receive the support they need to succeed.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree from a Speech-Language Pathology program.
  • Experience working with children and/or adults with speech and language disorders.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
