Job Description

Overview:

Techgene Solutions LLC is seeking an experienced Technical Lead to join our team as a Sr. Java Developer with AWS Hybrid role. This position requires a strong background in software development, with expertise in Java and AWS.

Key Responsibilities:

  • We are looking for a skilled developer who can design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and high-performing software solutions using modern frameworks and cloud infrastructure.
  • The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with batch processing systems, database management, and deployment using AWS services.
  • We need someone who can collaborate with cross-functional teams, participate in code reviews, and ensure high-quality code standards.
  • This role also involves leveraging AWS services for deployment, scaling, and monitoring applications.
  • Bonus points if you can contribute to front-end development tasks using TypeScript and Stencil.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Java (8 - Current LTS): We require extensive experience with core and advanced Java features.
  • AWS: Proficiency in using AWS services for cloud-based application development and deployment is essential.
  • Batch Processing: Strong experience in designing and implementing batch data processing systems is crucial.
  • Databases: Hands-on expertise with Oracle, NoSQL databases, GraphQL, and AWS RDS is necessary.
  • Spring Framework: In-depth knowledge of Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and Spring Data is required.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

  • Rules Engine: Familiarity with implementing business rules engines for dynamic workflows would be beneficial.
  • TypeScript: Experience in front-end development using TypeScript is a plus.
  • Stencil: Knowledge of building reusable web components with Stencil is advantageous.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
  • At least 10 years of experience in software development with demonstrated expertise in Java and AWS.
  • A proven track record of delivering end-to-end solutions in a fast-paced, agile environment is essential.

Salary Range:

$120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience.
