Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team as a Float Nurse in our dialysis center. As a Float Nurse, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population and provide high-quality care in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

* Provide direct patient care to patients undergoing dialysis treatment
* Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
* Conduct patient observations, measure vital signs, and set up dialysis machines
* Float between clinics to support patient needs in Lodi, Stockton, Manteca, and Tracy, California

Requirements:

* Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
* At least 1 year of experience in a dialysis setting
* Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.S.N); three-year diploma from an accredited diploma program may be substituted for nursing degree
