Job OpportunityWe are seeking a highly skilled Senior Mechanical Engineer to join our team at Corbin Consulting Engineers, Inc. in Beaverton. As a key member of our multi-discipline team, you will be responsible for designing and coordinating mechanical and process systems for various clients in the advanced technology, industrial, and life sciences sectors.Responsibilities
  • Design and develop mechanical and process systems, including facility upgrades, process piping and exhaust, hydronic systems, facility HVAC, and tool installation packages.
  • Collaborate with design team members to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Participate in client design review meetings and present design strategies.
  • Prepare P&ID drawings, construction specifications, sequence of operations, testing documents, and engineering reports.
  • Provide services during construction, including field verification, site observation reports, responses to RFIs, and submittal reviews.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from an accredited university.
  • At least 7 years of experience working for an architectural/engineering (A/E) consulting firm.
  • Experience with advanced technology and industrial clients is preferred.
  • PE registration is preferred.
